Vintage Adlake RR Lantern, 1945-1965, NYC Transit

Adlake railroad kerosene lantern, with a red glass globe and wire caging. The lantern was manufactured by the Adams & Westlake Company of Chicago, Illinois, sometime between 1945-1965. It was originally used on the NYC Transit System and is marked NYCS along the dome’s base. In very good working condition, it’s a great artifact of NYC transit. $125.
