Pair of Lounge Chairs designed by Mel Smilow for Smilow-Thielle, circa 1955 with paper cord caned seats and back. In very good original condition, these chairs are a great example of 1950’s design and remind one of danish designers Hans Wegner and Borge Mogensen. Measures 28″H x24.5″W x22″D, with a seat height of 16″.
