Hans Wegner GE77 Teak Daybed for Getama, Denmark circa 1960s. The daybed has trundle; The platform pulls out (supported by handsome flip-down metal legs) as does the inner-spring mattress which provides a roomy twin bed when needed. It retains its original quilted mattress cover which unrolls from the rear of the unit. Beautifully constructed by one of Denmark’s most formidable designers, it is an obvious choice for that room that does double duty. In excellent condition, they upholstery is original and usable, but it needs new foam. It measures 78 1/2ʺW × 41ʺD × 26 1/4ʺH. $2,750.
