This Danish Single Pedestal Teak Desk made in the 1950s has all the earmarks of being designed by a designer of note and fabricated to the highest possible standards. The drawer faces are solid with deeply carved pulls and are tongue and grooved in the front and rear of each 25″ deep drawer. The modestly panel at the front and sides incorporates the legs, and meets the top seamlessly, yielding a clean crisp line. Atop the drawers is a pull out typing table. It is in excellent condition and measures 27 1/2″d X 49 1/4w X 29″h. Pull out work surface is 14 X 17. Designer and manufacturer unknown.
