American Art Deco/Machine Age Two-Tone Anodized Aluminum Mooncrest Sight Light

Categories: ,

The Art Deco/Machine Age, Mid-Century Mooncrest sight light table lamp is an icon of American Post-War design. It was manufactured by the Smith Metal Arts Company of Buffalo, NY and incorporates designer, Laurence E. Corcoran’s patented aluminum indirect reflector under the shade. This design was produced in several colorways and this particular example of this famous lamp is in a rich burgundy and silver anodized finish. This iconic lamp is in excellent original condition with a single light spot on the shade and retains its original felt to the underside of the base.
