Silver Gelatin Print of 1930s Hotel Astor Times Square
This Large Silver Gelatin Print of the Hotel Astor in Times Square was photographed by Irving Browning in the 1930s. I believe that it was produced by the original negative by the new york historical society in the 1980s. Prints of this nature and size are no longer offered by the nyhs. Actual image is 14 1/2 X 18 1/2". It is mounted on board, matted and framed. Needs new matting. It measures 20 X 24 in the frame. $225.
