This Poul Cadovius Brazilian Rosewood Wall Unit was made in Denmark in the 1960s. Cadovius considered this Cado Wall Unit to be his best of it's ilk and was most proud of the all-wood method of attachment. This example consists of two 18 X 31 1/2 X 20"h two door cabinets (one has an adjustable shelf the other is divided into three compartments), one lighted curio cabinet with glass shelves and doors measuring 8 3/4 X 31 1/2 X 22"h, one lighted drop-down bar/desk with two drawers and a removable bottle rack measuring 15 X 31 1/2 X 17"h , three 8 3/4" shelves, four 12" shelves, one 15"shelf and five 80" rails. The built-in lighting is an unusual feature and is nicely done. The unit spans 126". It is entirely modular and the components may be put anywhere along the rails, and the unit can be divided (into a two and one bay unit) to be used in two separate spaces. It is in very good condition with some light wear and one cabinet darker in appearance than the others. Original receipt in tact. SOLD.
