Max Bill Tulip Torchiere Floor Lamp for B.A.G. Turgi, made in Switzerland in the 1960s. A simple and stunning design with the head of the lamp seamlessly tapering to the stem which continues to a very thin point just above the base. Operates via floor switch. Has been repainted a very pale shade of robins-egg blue. Ugh to the after market, hand done paint job, but it’s a lovely color and the lamp wears it well. Measures 11 X 65″h.
