1950s Grossfeld House Walnut Dresser

This 1950s Grossfeld House Dresser is constructed of Black Walnut with a deep rich grain. It consists of two, two-drawer cabinets, one resting on top of the other and tapered, ebonized legs. Grossfeld House was a distributor of some of Americas finest furniture in the 50s and 60s as represented by designers as diverse as Tommi Parzinger and Vladimir Kagan. This piece features a deep, steeply beveled edge around the drawers, and long, triangular, brass pulls. There is some damage to the bottom of the right edge (as pictured).
