1950s Daybed, made of solid light walnut here in the US, has a quintessential daybed design, with a springed frame and inner-spring, buttoned seating cushion, it was meant to really do double duty as a sofa and bed. It is extremely well constructed with thick solid tapered legs, frame and a solid, sculptural wood back. It is in excellent condition with wear to the upholstery which is usable, but in need of deep cleaning or new fabric.
